Wholesale Delivery Information
We have accounts with both UPS and Parcel Force for insuring the safe delivery of all trade orders to our customers.
Both service providers will supply you with an email notification of tracking number and consignment information once the item has been successfully shipped.
Same Day Shipping
We aim to ship ALL Steep Lyfe orders the same day providing the following is in order and complete.
- Orders are placed, confirmed and paid for before 2pm Monday – Friday.
- Stock is available at the time of ordering.
- You have provided a correct / verified shipping address for your business.
Next Day Delivery
Our chosen delivery service is for guaranteed next working day, this is for the UK only. Both Saturday delivery and early AM delivery services are available at a premium.
Standard next working day delivery is attached to all orders placed before 2pm Monday – Friday.
If ordered on a Friday and the option of Saturday delivery is not taken then the consignment will arrive on Monday (Next working day).
International consignments will have a longer ETA on delivery and may incur additional shipping fees.
It is the responsibility of your company to pay any tax, duty or fees associated with importing the product into your area of business.
Non Delivered / Failed Delivery / Damages
In the unlikely event that your items are not delivered as specified please contact your account manager ASAP. We shall track the item with the courier service and provide a fast response update.
Please note that in the event the courier attempts delivery and your business is closed, a second attempt is normally carried out on the next working day. In such an event we are not responsible for rebates on said delivery charges.
In the unlikely event that your consignment arrives in a damaged condition please report it immediately to your account manager. We encourage taking immediate photographic evidence of the damaged units and forwarding those to ourselves. We can only accept claims of damaged units within 24 hours of you receiving the goods into your place of business.
